County offices. Must have
strong client ties, proven track record and the ambition
and drive necessary to bring
in business and close deals.
There is 100% flexibility
so your success is directly correlated to your
input. We don’t micro-manage, we don’t watch your hours
or days off and don’t have quotas as we only work with the
best and therefore empower
them to do what they need
to do to make themselves
successful. We are very driven, but also like to have
fun and believe that balance
between life and personal
is mandatory. Splitting time
between home and office is also an option!
We will consider looking
at more junior-level Recruiters
if they display the discipline,
drive, professionalism and
ethical character that it takes to be successful in this business.
